C&G Plastering has completed 7,000 sq m of insulated render for Network Housing Group at Peppermint Heights, a 14-storey residential scheme next to the Grand Union Canal in Alperton, Middlesex. Externally, the building was overclad with architectural fins to the flank  elevations to enhance its overall appearance.

C&G worked with SPS Envirowall and installed an  insulated system consisting of mechanically and adhesively bonded EPS insulation and a RendaClad boarding system without insulation to the fin walls.

In both instances the system was completed with a throughcoloured self-cleaning finish. C&G Plastering also installed suspended ceilings, partitions and plasterwork throughout.  Since completing Peppermint Heights C&G is working towards becoming a British Board of Agrément (BBA) Approved Installer of EWI and IWI with Green Deal certification.
