Knauf has achieved third party certification from the British Board of Agrément (BBA) for its Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Render System.
BBA rigorously tested, inspected and certified that the Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Render System is fit for use as a ventilated exterior wall panel system. In achieving this certification, specifiers, architects and installers can be assured that the Knauf render system adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry.
The full system comprises Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Cement Boards and Knauf thin coat render system, consisting of a basecoat with mesh reinforcement and a variety of top coats and paints to suit site-specific requirements. The certificate applies to timber-frame buildings up to four storeys high and steel-frame buildings up to 18 metres.
