The Product is a cocoon designed to maximise bedroom capacity within hotels, whilst offering total privacy and personal space. The natural oak and soft illumination is designed to promote total rest.
How the new product was developed, including effective collaboration, knowledge transfer and partnership along the project team
The product was developed in based on a design specification from our client, we took this and created the finished article using our knowledge and expertise to bring the clients requirements to a practical solution. we used our knowledge to develop these cocoons with size specifications in mind as well as interior comforts to ensure layout of the hotel could be achieved. Once designed and manufactured, we installed the pods as per architects layouts. This is the first cocoon style hotel in the UK.

The Cocoon is the product and the interior system! It has increased accommodation numbers within confined spaces significantly whilst still offering comfort.
