Commercial fit-out company, Willmott Dixon Interiors has appointed Adam Worrall as its new managing director.

Worrall steps into the role following his tenure as deputy managing director since July 2024.

Having progressed through roles on site to director, Worrall brings more than 25 years’ experience across the Willmott Dixon Group.

Under his leadership, Willmott Dixon Interiors will continue to focus on its core sectors: health and commercial retrofit; with a clear emphasis on growing its office fit-out offering. This builds on the work already taking place across the business, while keeping user experience at the heart of every project.

Speaking on his appointment, Adam said: “What a privilege to step into the managing director’s role for Willmott Dixon Interiors. I’m excited to continue working with brilliant people as we continue to grow the business in the years ahead.

“I’m passionate about investing in our people, and raising performance culture through energised teams and clear accountability.

“My focus is on putting the best teams forward and delivering on the promises we make to our customers. We have a strong pipeline, underpinned by the capability, capacity and energy to deliver. As a result, we are building a very strong order book for 2027 and 2028.”
