Hit BBC One series Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr (produced by DSP, a Banijay UK company) has been recommissioned for a further two series.

And this time the competition stakes are even higher, with this year’s winner having the opportunity to team up with John Lewis for their very own collection of homewares.

Alan Carr welcomes ten novice designers looking for their big break in the world of commercial interior design. Over eight weeks they’ll be competing to win a collaboration contract with the UK retailer to produce their own line of homewares. Design expert and former editor of Elle Decoration, Michelle Ogundehin, returns as the series judge.

Casting is now open for series seven, with filming set to begin Summer 2025. Producers are on the hunt for ten more designers who want to hone their skills on the ultimate interior design crash course with a brilliant prize at the end of it. Filming takes place this summer (2025) so if you’re ready to showcase your interior design talent or if you know someone who has the skills, applications are open now until 13 April 2025.
