Bravi Platforms continues its path of growth and innovation by introducing a new tool to support the technical divisions of its customers in rental and resale: technical streaming training, designed to make service support increasingly accessible, effective and aligned with the market needs.
The new digital training system debuts with a complete technical video focused on the Leonardo HD aerial work platform, available online in five languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French and German.
Through clear and well-structured content, the video provides an in-depth understanding of the unit, covering:
- the main features and key components;
- safety procedures;
- basic maintenance and service operations;
- diagnostics, display reading and error codes.
Thanks to the use of 3D technology, the video offers an immersive experience, allowing users to virtually explore the unit and gain a clear understanding of its structure, operation and operating logic. This visual approach makes learning immediate and much more effective.
The aim is to provide a practical tool that supports both the daily work of technicians, reducing intervention time and promoting correct and informed use of the platforms. The training tool also streamlines customers’ sales networks by facilitating the delivery of accurate and reliable information.
“This initiative forms part of Bravi Platforms’ broader strategy to build stronger customer relationships by leveraging digital solutions complementing technical manuals and after-sales services. Our main goal is enhancing our customer’s overall product experience” explains the CEO Pierino Bravi.
The streaming training project is set to expand further: this format will also be available for the Bravi Sprint model in the second half of the year, extending the company’s digital support offering.
With this new initiative, Bravi Platforms reinforces its commitment to innovation, quality, safety, and close customer relationships, supporting customers throughout the entire machine lifecycle, from its selection to ongoing use and long-term maintenance.
