BW appoints Chairman and customer experience director

Workplace specialist BW has made appointed a new non-executive Chairman and a customer experience director.

Paul Smith, the former CEO of Morgan Sindall Group from 2003 to 2013 and current Chairman of Fortem Solutions, will join as non-executive Chairman of BW.

Mr Smith trained as an engineer at Cambridge, completed an MBA at Harvard Business School and began his career at McKinsey. He has been instrumental in the growth of several construction related businesses, directly involved with acquisitions and transitional development. 

Rob Frank, joins as customer experience director after 16 years with Morgan Sindall in its Construction and Infrastructure where he was responsible for driving continuous improvement. Rob has vast experience of delivering projects at Defect Free at Practical Completion and will be tasked with this objective at BW.
