DERBY-based design and build specialist DSP (Interiors) has kicked off the new financial year by announcing a series of successful projects and new commissions.

The award-winning company’s latest work span the automotive, engineering and retail sectors, showcasing DSP’s ability to deliver high-quality fit-outs that support business growth across a diverse range of industries.

Following the successful completion of RW Cars’ 7,300 sq. ft showroom last year, DSP Interiors has returned to deliver two additional sales offices to support the company’s continued growth.

The original project featured six sales offices and a premium customer lounge, and the latest phase ensures the expanding team has the space and infrastructure needed to thrive.

The works included the installation of double-boarded acoustic partitions and dry lining, single-glazed glass frontages, suspended ceilings, fresh air ventilation and full electrical services including lighting, power, Wi-Fi, fire alarm and CCTV. Bespoke branded manifestation was also applied to maintain a strong visual identity throughout the space.

Richard Wareham, Managing Director of RW Cars, said: “We couldn’t be happier with how the new offices have turned out. A big thank you to DSP for delivering another fantastic job. They delivered the project on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption while we remained open to our customers.”

DSP has also commenced work on a new 4,000 sq. ft second-floor fit-out at Pentagon House, Derby, for Syntegon Technology’s UK Service head office.

The project will transform the space into a contemporary, flexible workplace designed to enhance collaboration and productivity. Key features include a work café with a bespoke breakfast bar and pool table, a central collaboration space, dedicated training and boardroom facilities, and a variety of focused work areas.

The design takes advantage of the building’s natural light and panoramic views, incorporating biophilic elements such as acoustic panelling, planting, and concrete-effect flooring to create a more engaging and comfortable environment.

Sarah Gilleard, Director at Syntegon, said: “DSP have been fantastic to work with throughout the design and planning stages. Their collaborative approach and attention to detail have given us real confidence in the project, and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished space come together.”

DSP Interiors has also been appointed to deliver a full office transformation for lifestyle fashion brand Damaged Society at MCP House, Derby.

Following the brand’s continued growth and the successful launch of its 12th store, the new workspace will support the next phase of development. The project will involve a complete strip-out and reconfiguration to create a modern, functional environment, including a meeting room, open-plan office, director’s office, breakout area, and upgraded welfare facilities.

Louisa Priestley of DSP Interiors said: “We have had a strong start to 2026 and it is great to have these major projects underway. Working with new clients is always exciting, but the continued support from our repeat customers is especially rewarding and a real reflection of the relationships we’ve built.

“The strength of our pipeline reflects both the demand for high-quality workspace and the trust our clients place in us. We’re excited to continue delivering projects that support their growth while expanding our own reach.”
