At the Irish Education Awards, Errigal Group won the Apprenticeship Programme Award for its initiative which addresses critical construction skills shortages through a structured, employer-led approach.
Combining hands-on training, formal qualifications and intensive pastoral support, the programme delivers exceptional retention, promotes diversity and develops a future-ready workforce, providing long-term career pathways while strengthening organisational performance and industry standards.
