Horbury Property Services has become an approved contractors for providing Passive Fire Safety services, as part of the Fusion21 ‘national compliance and facilities management’ framework agreement.

Fusion21 is a series of procurement frameworks for the property, construction and built environment sectors, with its frameworks accessed by members for procurement purposes in the education, social housing, local authority and healthcare sectors.

This latest framework will run for four years and offers 17 lots and covers a number of services in addition to passive fire, including electrical safety and facilities management, water hygiene and asbestos management.

Horbury Property Services provides a full range of services, including inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of fire doors, joinery works, fire stopping, sealing and compartmentation and external cladding and render repairs.  In addition the company provides dry wall partitioning, painting and decorating, ceiling and flooring upgrades, de-mountable screens, fire alarm and emergency light testing, portable appliance testing, electrical testing and installation work and building fabric repairs.
