All Aboard the Yo-Yo POD®
Yo-Yo POD® is a unique mobile , modular & multifunctional acoustic booth.
Move it around for meetings, focus work, zoom calls or as a sound partition to create a versatile, inclusive & agile workspace.
Configurable for 2, 4 or 6 people
Standard fabrics made from 100% recycled materials, but also Bespoke fabric options
Manufactured in the UK, Yo-Yo POD® delivers on multiple sustainability credentials:
• Fabric made from 100% recycled materials
• Designed to be easily re-upholstered and recycled – both carcass & fabrics can be easily dismantled and replaced
• Hardwood ply carcass frame made from British deciduous trees and FSC certified. Made using water based adhesives
• Solar power factory energy supply.

How the new product was developed, including effective collaboration, knowledge transfer and partnership along the project team
Inspired by the wellness at work and drive for improved sustainability for office furniture, we have contract manafactured the Yo-Yo POD with one of the UK’s leading pod manufacturers, with the plan to commercialise internationally.
Inspired by working alongside a booth manufacturer at the Workplace trade show at NEC in April, we have focused on the mobile and modularity features with the highest standards for sustainability.

Yo-Yo POD® is turning heads. Within weeks of launching at Orgatec, one of the largest German retailers has purchased 3 units to test, in advance of an international rollout in 2023. We are in discussions with major distributors for the Gulf Region. It will first be exhibited at Workspace London, in Feb 2023 and then at Workspace Amsterdam in Oct. 2023.
How the product improved usability and / or performance of the interior system
This is a newly launched product, with first orders now being fulfilled in Austria and Germany. We will report back in January, with user feedback.
