Tamworth-based manufacturer Instarmac Group has been placed in The Sunday Times’ annual ‘Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For’ list for the sixth time.

instarmac VNAThe top 100 places are awarded following research conducted by Best Companies, this accreditation focuses on workplace engagement.  Instarmac has achieved 3 star status, the highest level possible, and only given to extraordinary companies.  Such a successful result secured their position within the list at number 78 and promotes them as a leading employer.

Instarmac were delighted to also take home the ‘Innovation in Engagement Practice’ special award.  This award is recognition of their two holiday homes in Padstow and Tenerife.  Employees may use these homes free or charge and even receive travel expense contributions.
