Mansell Building Solutions specialist in modern methods in construction (MMC) have recruited Ben Pemberton as their new Business Development Manager. Ben brings more than 25 years of experience across estimating, technical sales, and client partnerships — working with leading modular and offsite specialists including Premier, Algeco, Wernick and Daiwa House Modular Europe where he has helped deliver major residential, healthcare and education projects across the UK. Ben joins Mansell at a really exciting time as they work to generate over 100,000m2 of off-site panelised construction from the only MMC factory in Greater Manchester, helping the region create over 1,000 spaces each year.

Ben shared: “What stood out to me about Mansell is their family values — trust, agility and doing the right thing for the long term. Their offsite system offers a more integrated and realistic alternative to volume modular models. I’m excited to join a team that’s genuinely driving change through innovation, quality and collaboration.” Angela Mansell, Managing Director, added: “Ben’s structured yet people-focused approach fits perfectly with how we do things at Mansell. His passion for building relationships and finding smarter ways to deliver projects will help us grow across housing, healthcare, education and leisure.”
