This award, the highest level of recognition from the respected independent assessment body, highlights Silvey Fleet’s consistently high standards of service and long‑term commitment to its customers. The company’s approach is built on genuine care, reliability and a strong emphasis on quality assurance.

The accreditation follows thorough assessments of customers and staff, alongside IIC’s own independent research to evaluate company performance. Key areas reviewed included understanding and meeting customer needs, building customer loyalty and consistently delighting customers. Renowned for its depth and thoroughness, the assessment takes between six and twelve weeks to complete, with fewer than a third of the businesses assessed achieving Gold status.

Silvey Fleet first secured IIC Gold status in 2022. Now, three and a half years later, after another evaluation process, the company has successfully retained its Gold ranking.
