Space Interior Systems recently swapped their hard hats for rounders bats, heading to Silchester Playing Fields for an after-work match in the sunshine.
They said: “It was one of those simple, brilliant evenings — with teammates, partners, kids, and even a few parents turning up to cheer (and heckle). After some light-hearted cheating and plenty of laughter, we headed to the Calleva Arms to toast the winner’s — although there’s still some debate about who actually won. Accusations of sneaky tactics and spontaneous rugby tackles are still flying around the office!
“Sometimes the best team-building events aren’t fancy or forced — just a patch of grass, a bat and ball, and the space to connect outside of work.
“Thanks to everyone who came along. This is what makes SPACE more than just a workplace.”
