Max Hough, Director at Workplace Interiors Co, recently announced that they made the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces List.
Max said: “I can’t explain how proud I am of the team for this Great Place to Work UK achievement – because yes, it’s a team effort and a huge credit to our wonderful group.”
Looking back on their journey, he said: “I wanted to reflect on our growth as a business and the core values that have always kept us grounded:
“Gravity Office Interiors, which is part of Workplace Interiors Co, started with a small team on a small farm in the heart of Cheltenham. It was close-knit, hands-on, and everyone shared the notion that no job was ever too big. Everyone pitched in, bringing their own talents to the table and sharing across the team. This sense of unity has definitely stuck with us to this day.
“We have grown significantly; however, the ethos is the same. We’re still a family-run business, we’re still on the farm, and we even have many of our original team members still with us! As more people join, our space, team, and talents have grown, but our people-first culture remains just as strong.
“It will always be a huge priority for myself, Ben, and Sam to maintain that people-first approach. Bringing Aled on board has been a key step in ensuring we’re prioritising development and learning for each team member (with a few fun socials along the way).”
